Presently CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 is ravaging the world….
We have had over 9.5 million cases worldwide
We have had over 4 million recoveries
We have had so many fatalities and deaths worldwide……
In NIGERIA we have over 20,000 cases now
We have over 7000 recoveries now….
And we have had over 500 Deaths in NIGERIA..
A lot of businesses have been shut down due to RESTRICTIONS & LOCKDOWN…
A lot of people are presently GROANING due to paucity and lack of business activities which may bring about loss of INCOME for survival….
As the RESTRICTIONS are eased gradually all over the country…
Agriculture is one of the sector that was granted WAIVER to function due to the raining season which will bring about FOOD SECURITY……
Why sit at home doing nothing this period when you can easily make N150,000 or more within the next three months?

Crop farming is very lucrative only if you can devote and dedicate your time and resources to this venture….
These investment opportunities I have come to share with you today are Agric based as we have read earlier and can be done by anybody, anywhere in Nigeria without stress. You only need very little capital with little or no risk involved at all.
Recently,i saw a video where Senator Dino Malaye was encouraging a young graduate who is presently into the mobile truck market, selling agricultural consumables. Every wise person in the world today knows that the only business anyone can do without any restrictions and with little or no technical knowledge is the agric business.
Below are three easy, lucrative and low risk agricultural investments that will surely give you N150,000 or above in just three months. They are what I have done and still doing. I am very sure you can do them anywhere, the only thing you need is a piece of land and little capital to buy chemicals and seedlings. Now lets consider them in details.
Watermelon Farming
I know there are those already considering packing out simply because they heard farming. But before you exit, I want to ask you, what do you think farming is, suffering, working under the sun with crude implements? Then I tell you that your definition is pretty achaic. Farming has changed, it is no longer suffering as you use to know rather it is now very easy and lucrative.
The cultivation circle of water melon is just three months or less. Now, how do you begin? There is no city in Nigeria where you cannot get undeveloped. There are many undeveloped land not been used around your neighborhood. Locate the owner and negotiate, it’s not a crime, he will lease it for you with very little or no cost.
Next, get petty laborers to clear it for you, they are everywhere and cheap to engage. If your environment is convenient for bush burning, born the cleared grass once they leave are dried. But if you can’t, never mind.
Buy a very active herbicide, you can get them from the market and cost below 2000 per bottle. One bottle will be enough for a 100 by 100-foot land. Whether the land is burnt or not, get a sprayer and spray the land with the herbicide and leave for one week.
The next step is to get watermelon seedlings, they are available in the market. Plant the seedlings four each in a hold using a tiny sharp stick or Cutlass. Let your spacing be three feet apart.
After five days, the crop would have grown out of the ground. After two weeks buy a pesticide (ask the seller to give you the right one) and spray the farm. Simple, by the end of the third month, your water is ready for harvest and sales.
Note, and this applies to the others because you used herbicides to spray the land before planting, you will not need to weed the farm before you harvest.
Maize farming
.The cultivation circle of Maize is three months, hybrids are less than three months. Maize is very lucrative and easy to cultivate. Let me show you.
In preparing the land for cultivation, use the method described for the watermelon above. The next thing is to get your Maize seedlings which is very much available in the market. When planting your Maize, let your spacing be 2.5 apart and three seedlings per a hole. Planting using a sharp stick or Cutlass and ensure you dig dip a little like half a foot before planting the seedlings. This will enable the Maize to withstand wind during rain.
After five days, your Maize would have grown out of the ground and by the end of three months ready for harvest.
We planted our maize at TEA FARMS around April and in the next few days or weeks our MAIZE is ready for SALE as it has grown to full maturity….
Okra farming
The cultivation circle of okra is two months. Okra is very lucrative and easy to cultivate most especially during this raining season.
Prepare the land for cultivation as already described above. Get okra seedlings from the market. All these seedlings are very cheap, with N300 you will get more than enough.
Plant your okra seedlings four per hole using the same stick or Cutlass and make your spacing be 2 feet apart.
After five days your okra has grown out of the ground and by the end of two months ready for harvest.
Selling your produce
Another challenge many people have is how will I sell my agricultural produce. This is very simple and should not be an issue at all. Believe me, those ready to buy are more than those ready to sell.
The common and simplest way to sell your product is either to take it to the market where the buys are much available or invite the buyers to your farm which is more convenient.
However, I want to show you a very easy, lucrative, and comfortable way to sell your products even before they are ready for sale.
The simple secret is digital marketing. There are many digital marketing platforms where you can display your produce and the whole world will be able to contact you. Social media platforms are other options. Your potential buyers are there waiting for you.
For your goods to be sold quickly using digital marketing, I would advise you to start advertising your goods three weeks before they will be available. By then you would have received a lot of offers.
