What is “poverty thinking”?

By definition, the poverty mindset is one in which a person complacently sabotages by accidentally undermining their desire for abundance by taking a negative attitude towards wealth. This makes it impossible to vibrate at the high frequency needed to attract abundance.

Sometimes this is called the POVERTY MENTALITY SYNDROME

It is a subtle mindset that appears to you without your conscious understanding.

This is something that you can passively get out of your social context.

It can also be something that start with a single thought that escalates into a kind of default negative before you have a chance to intervene….

However, the good news is that while it’s hard to control your poverty mindset, there’s a lot you can do to get rid of it and create a better attitude…

FIVE SIGNS THAT YOU MAY HAVE A POVERTY MINDSET……….

1. You lack ambition

If you have limited dreams and goals. if you don’t make plans..

It could hinder a better life, and tend to “accept” what is offered to you, or often have a certain apathy for your personal development, then, you have poverty mentality syndrome.

If you are unambitious, have low self-esteem or exhibits a self limitation of your potential and attracting more of the boring things you’ve already experienced in life. You are suffering from poverty mentality syndrome.

2. You are pessimistic and self pitying

If you shows the default position of helplessness and self-pity and you use to constantly ask yourself, ” why me”?🤷🏻‍♀🤷🏻‍♀ On a regular basis, considering yourself a victim who has no power or control.

If you are always pessimistic and always expecting more negativity to come your way. Then, you have a poverty mentality syndrome.

3. You are a deeply and an envious person

If you are constantly comparing yourself with others, wanting what they have and believing that they really don’t deserve it.

If you find a reason to be envious of almost everyone you meet, paying more attention to this pathological envy than to your strengths or what you want for yourself.

Then, you are chronically suffering from POVERTY MENTALITY SYNDROME.

4. You make decisions based on fear

If you always have bad thinking caused by feelings of fear.

If you constantly focus on avoiding bad things and protecting yourself from harm, rather than getting good things or welcoming positives into your life.

Then you are on the verge of DEFEAT and you are suffering from POVERTY MENTALITY SYNDROME

If you are constantly stressed and distressed by the fear of fear in your life. If you are easily entangled in an endless cycle of anxiety, hardly ever thinking about your own potential.
Then, check yourself. Its a sign of POVERTY MENTALITY SYNDROME.

5. You focus on what you don’t have not what you have

When you only think about what you lack rather than what you have.

If you focus more on your flaws than your strength…..

When you are constantly thinking of LACK, you are bound to attract more of the LACK into your life.

All these as highlighted and explained above are POVERTY MENTALITY SYNDROME

To overcome the thinking of poverty, some effort, concentration, and a willingness to self-reflect will be required…..

Follow these eight steps to change your attitude to WEALTH and create a new mindset that attracts abundance…..

The tips will help in reprogramming your automatic negative thoughts and correcting your thinking about life’s problems….

a. Stop using the negative language

To stop using the ” LANGUAGE OF POVERTY“, you need to remove negative views and thoughts of wealth from your vocabulary.

Many of these negative words and phrases are likely to originate in your family or community where you grew up.

Examples includes
:
“It’s not for people like us”,

“We could never afford it!”

I don’t think I can make it..

It would be extremely difficult to be as RICH and WEALTHY as some of the MILLIONAIRES & BILLIONAIRES out there

“Money doesn’t grow on trees” (which, while true, nevertheless focuses on the downside).

All of these examples put you in the role of a victim: a person who cannot control or shape their own financial destiny. Changing your language can help change and build your future.

b. Change your view of WEALTH

Changing how you see or perceive WEALTH is also an important part of BREAKING THE CYCLE OF POVERTY. In particular, you will benefit from looking at money not from the point of view of someone who lacks it and is afraid of it, but from the point of view of someone who welcomes money and expects to receive it.

Visual exercises can help a lot with this. For example, you can make daily visualizations in which you see yourself manifesting money and feeling happy, calm, and confident. The trick is to link Finance to opportunity, growth, and well-being, rather than linking money to worry, jealousy, and insecurity.

c. Do gratitude exercise

When you spend time evaluating what you have (such as people, places, things, and traits), you move into a much more positive mental space. This attitude should reflect the frequency of abundance, not scarcity….

Try to actively practice gratitude every day. The easiest way to do this is to write in the thank you log every night. You can make a difference by simply listing 5-10 things that you are grateful for that day.

Please note that your gratitude does not have to be related to WEALTH. All that matters is that you increase the attention you pay to the good things in your life…..

d. Learn to relax

The main difference between the rich and the poor is the MINDSET, the thinking is that a wealthy mindset involves a relaxed attitude to abundance. This may seem counterintuitive, but it’s all about developing an expectation that you will be abundant, rather than believing that you need to fight hard to get rich.

This is facilitated by any type of relaxation, whether it is meditation, reading, creativity or listening to music. This can help you make a short list of the most relaxing things you can do, and develop a habit of doing them just before (or after) events that usually trigger wealth anxiety.

e. Make a plan to achieve your goals

Making specific plans is one of the most practical and inspiring actions you can do to combat poverty thinking. This involves moving away from the victim’s position, rather than seeing yourself as someone who can take action to change things. In the end, the creation of plans includes proactive, rather than reactive activity.

If you have a large goal and you are intimidated by the idea of making a plan, try dividing it into a number of smaller goals, and then make a plan for each of these sub-goals. Every time you tick a sub-goal, allow yourself to be proud of the progress you are making towards achieving your higher goal.

f. Remember yourself my people…

While you undoubtedly need to be constantly proactive to learn how to break the cycle of POVERTY, it is equally important to take time to recharge.

It is important that you are aware of the warning signs that you are burned out (for example, bad mood, exhaustion, irritability), and quickly take action to eliminate them.

Over time, you will learn to identify the potential for burnout before it actually happens, and you will be able to intervene before the situation becomes dire.

Remember also that self-care can take many different forms! Everything that improves your health, happiness, and self-esteem falls under this broad category.

g Take responsibility for your actions

As mentioned above, when we look at being active rather than passive, there is a distinct contrast in accountability for rich and poor habits. .

Taking responsibility for your future is the cornerstone of abundance thinking. It means admitting your mistakes and learning from them.

In many cases, the lessons you learn from your negative experiences can be the very lessons that lead you to abundance. This is something that you will miss if you don’t take responsibility…..

However, be sure that you are not responsible for the feelings and actions of other people! They are responsible for their lives.

h. Don’t give up

Finally, never give up on your dream! Just because you haven’t experienced abundance in the past doesn’t mean you won’t be rich in the future.

Giving up on your dreams is the beginning of FAILURE & DEFEAT

Believe that the universe will help you realize your dreams at the optimal time for you, and accept the fact that you will have many opportunities to create the life you want.

If you feel discouraged or inclined to give up, go back to one of the strategies i outlined in the previous step, Often after some relaxation and rest, you will find that you are ready to re-adopt the positive, wealth-attracting mindset that you need.

The reality is that it’s not all of us that will be RICH & WEALTHY

Some person’s just come to this life to RECORD with their mouth…

Some of these persons are DESTINED not to be RICH or WEALTHY by GOD

While others are the ARCHITECT of their own MISFORTUNE….

As esteemed members of this platform we shall never be one of those that are not DESTINED by GOD to be RICH or WEALTHY
