Let me use this avenue to appreciate all the stakeholders of the TEA network.
Although the year, you’ve done wonderfully well.
Thank you for giving us this wonderful platform to learn, unlearn and relearn.
My name remains Abe Sam; and I’ll be your anchor for tonight’s presentation on the topic:How To Make Money On Facebook With Zero Investment
Well, if you have been following the trends of my post in here, whatever I shall be dishing out here tonight shouldn’t be strange to you.
Facebook
Money
Zero investment
Shouldn’t be a strange topic to any serious entrepreneur in this current dispensation.
Why did I align with this opinion? Well, because digital marketing is the new yet thriving occupation of the 21st world.
But please, permit me to tweak the topic abit.
The reason for this my proposal is to allow me dig deep into the practicality of this topic rather than just dishing out theories that is flooded everywhere online.
So, if you will permit me, I’ll like to change the topic to
Practical Steps On How I Make Cool Cash Via Facebook With Zero Investment Investment
Alright then…
But let m sound this point here that THERE IS NO FREE MONEY ON FACEBOOK!
There is no where in the world where anyone pays you for doing nothing.
So even if you are attracted to the word Zero Investment as stated in the topic, please note that something must be sold (either a product or service) for you to get something out of Facebook.
I’m sorry if I’ve just disappointed you with that last paragraph.
But I have stopped the act of building unrealistic Castle in the air in order to sound credible to my followers.
Even if Mark is the youngest of the top richest people in the world, he hasn’t gotten enough wealth to start sharing to every soul on Facebook.
So, everything still boils down to YOU OFFERING SOMETHING TO A TARGETED AUDIENCE.
However, the Zero investment as stated is in regards to the platform…FACEBOOK!
FACEBOOK has given us a free platform reach billions of people in the world; and this would be enough for any creative entrepreneur to milk from.
As to what I do on Facebook to earn side stipends in order to complement my ‘teacher’ salary… You can keep following up🧐
Here is my strategy;
- I decided on my audience
- I joined as many groups as possible where my audience are
- I followed up on the discussion in these groups
- I stated nothing some of the problems mentioned at different intervals.
- I mapped out strategies on how to approach few of the problems and sell the solutions back to them.
Now let me explain all the above items in detail
- AUDIENCE
Because I’m a teacher. I have an Indepth understanding of some of the challenges.
I’m one of the stakeholders with the school I currently work with; so I as well know the headaches we face.
But I see all of these challenges as A business opportunity.
So i decided to make school owners my target. My idea is that if I could help solve some of these problems where I work, I could as well help hundreds and thousands of school owners hanging out on social media to solve same problem(s).
So, this is how I chose school owners are my target
- TARGET COMMUNITY
The next question I asked myself is how can I get to feast with my targets? Where are their hangouts? Where do they relax?
I resulted to Facebook because virtually everyone of them have a functional/active Facebook account.
Yes, some of you might think twitter or LinkedIn too BUT let me tell you, Facebook has the greatest engagement in terms of interaction and communication in the marketing sphere.
So, I search for groups using keywords and soon than expected, I was able to reach a few.
- DISCUSSIONS
Once you are privileged to be in a social gathering (either physical or virtual), as an entrepreneur, you should put on your business idea thinking cap.
You should read more and sieve more.
You should be able to know when a problem is flagged and where an ordinary discussion is going on.
It may take you few days to gather a list of problems and pains going on with members; but the investigation is worth it.
I stood the pain and after few days, I had listed a minimum of 10 issues.
Well, I’ll like to mention that aside being a school teacher, I as well got trained on some IT skills.
So basically, I portrayed my business inline with helping schools solve their IT related needs.
I sell them computer based solutions and applications.
Aside school owners, I as well join NYSC groups for another service area
- BUILDING CONTENT
If you don’t tell people what you offer (either product or service) no one will credit your account on Facebook.
But then, you need to be mindful that you don’t begin to spam everywhere on Facebook.
It could be very annoying to members and group admins.
So instead of jumping on them to start telling them what I sell or offer, I rather create content in form of copy articles.
Yes, instead of telling you to come and buy this and that on Facebook groups, I’d rather come up with articles that creates a life scenario and include how what I offer help solve the problem.
It’s that simple.
It works with Al type of businesses.
I might have sounded mine as a case study…anything you know how to do can be monetised using similar strategy as identified here
Please, everyone should create a Facebook page for any choice side hustle (please reach me if you’ll need guidance – I’ll do it for free for anyone here)…just mention you’re from TEA.
You don’t have a point being here or calling yourself an entrepreneur without having a list of business you can delve into aside from your regular salary job.
This is what we call side hustle.
This side hustle can be set to run (zero investment) using platform like Facebook like I’m doing.
You can replicate this business strategy in businesses like
- Bedspread
- Okirika clothing
- Make up
- Hair dressing service. Just make a great hairdo for your customers and upload it on your page that people can consult you fi such.
- Electronic sales
- Agro-allied services
- Herbal drugs sales
- Ankara, Plains and Pattern sales
- Etc etc etc
No matter what business you are into or what services you offer, this strategy can be replicated.
In fact, one of my page, I help people to write professional CV/Résumé.
I charge a token for the service and Youth Corps Members patronise me on Facebook…
I have customers of this service here too.
So esteemed friends of TEA, anything can be used as instrument to fetch residual income on Facebook.
The population is there, Facebook is my ATM that recharge my monthly subscription PLUS other recurrent bills.
