Salary is a bribe paid to every employee to forget their dreams and aspirations….
Worst still the CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 pandemic have made salaries and wages impossible for the past 3 months
As many people have not been paid salaries and wages for the past three months now due to this ravaging pandemic
So many organizations/employers are asking their employees to take a PAY CUT due to the dwindling income generation as a result of the impact of the CORONAVIRUS COVID-19 impact…..
Persons in the informal sector are also groaning under the weight of lack of wages as they are forced to sit at home because of this LOCKDOWN….
According to the statistics of the international labour organization it has been predicted that about 80 MILLION AFRICANS will loose their JOBS post CORONAVIRUS COVID-19…
Why don’t we look inward my people….
Why don’t we take a second look at our passion???
Why don’t we learn a skill that pays our bills
Why don’t we get up and come out of our comfort zone and break new grounds for success????
