That fellow who sees to how we can gain our attention in the virtual space.

I’m into a lot of things BUT online.

To different people, I am a different person.

But let me just save you about me and just move up to the training of today.

But if you need to peep into who i am, then i can tell you emphatically that I’m a Teacherprenuer and Netprenuer.

So to our today’s topic…

Hmmm, (let me sigh).

You know why?, because it’s a combo of many topics compressed into one.

Well it’s all good. We’ll do justice to it in just a few minutes.

But the ones said it, they said if the purpose of a thing is not known, the abuse is inevitable.

So ket me start from letting us know why this topic is a very important one…then gradually slide into how to implement it…

Correspondence is an important aspect of any business.

Data collection and collation are as well very important to any business that intend to survive.

Let me sight a fictional instance.

Ade does businesses online. She actually sells Women Weavon and other ladies items.

She adopted digital marketing as her main source of creating awareness to her targets.

Digital marketing…like posting on several social media platforms online to put her goods on the screen of her targets phone…

In fact, her major platform is Facebook.

She opens a Facebook page for her business and updates her page with catchy images of her goods at regular intervals.

She post smiling ladies using these Weavons with different postures.

The images are glossy and in just a matter of few posts, her teaming fans who had liked her page stated liking the images as posted by Ade…

Now, Ade just had a few new stocks anf she wanted to run a fresh campaign so that her online community (both those already in her fold and her prospective targets) could see her new stock abd eventually buy from her

But there is an issue….

Adé does not even know if she’s dealing with the right people in her virtual community.

Even though her page had risen to 700+ members yet, she hardly makes sales.

Could she be selling the wrong item to her audience?

Aside this, could her follow up mechanism be faulty?

The right answer to both questions is YES!

This is where data is very important in business.

Many of us only understands how yo sell, but selling isn’t just about business. There’s a part for following up.

What if we advertised a product and these guys aren’t impressed at the first time.

What if these guys on our page don’t usually get there everytime?

Some people are occasional visitors to some platforms…I’m talking from experience.

What if we have even more vital information about those who are following our brands.

The painful thing many of who claim to be entrepreneur don’t understand that someone who buys item A from us could as well buy item B from us if we do some follow up on them

Now, ro cut the long story, the Google form technology serves as a medium for us to capture some relevant and vital information from our buyers.

These information you would capture by using Google form is to help you re-market other items to these sane buyers.

Someone who buys Weavons from you might as, well be interested in buying body cream too if your follow up mechanism is top notch.

And follow up will be almost impossible if you don’t have vital information about the person who has once bought an item from you.

Aside from the use case of Ade, different people use the Google form technology for different purposes… But in all, it is used by Netprenuers to capture market leads data

For instance, you could use Google form to get how many quantity of item a buyer wishes to buy.

Their shipping address.

Contact phone numbers.?

Which colour of item they want?

Their best day/date for delivery?

Their best email??

Etc…

Their age
Their sex
Their height
Their weight
Their…

All depending on what you sell online

Some people sell eBooks and other digital items,..

This same Google form technology plays a very vital role to help you capture data.

Remember, the essence of data collection is to understand who you are dealing with and these infos are to help you understand what you are to re-market to them.

Most importantly

1. Their email
2. Their phone number

And if you aell gender based items, then their sex identity would be necessary.

If their age is relevant to your item, then that should be captured in your form

Now that we have a glimpse as to how VERY RELEVANT data collection will and collation is to our business, let’s get to how to set it up…

OK.

To prepare your Google form, you should have a Google account.

No problem, if you already have a Gmail account, then you already have a Google account.

With that single email address of yours, you can access all Google products.

There are a few products that Google has blessed the human race with… Google form is just one of them.

So, if you have a Gmail account, then no issue otherwise, you need to quickly open one to be able to use the Google form technology…

There are two ways to access the Google form.

Either you lunch it via;

1. The app
2. The Web

And if you use an android phone, you may decide to have the app installed on your phone via the Google play link below

The Google drive is a storage platform. They call it cloud storage platform.

The function of this Google technology is to help up us save our files in the virtual space…..

We can store our photos, musics, videos in our Google drive storage facility online so as to free up spaces our phones.

There are many of these photos, music and videos we don’t often check again, but would pain us if we lose them, the best place to save them is our Google drive cloud storage.

Do you even know that your phone contacts can be stored online into your Google drive account…such that when you lost your phone, you won’t lose your phone connections and contact?

Yeah, all the numbers saved ob my phone have been migrated into my Google drive account.

No, if i change my phone, I still have all my contact

Using the drive isn’t any rocket science at all, once you download the app from the Google play store via this tagged link, you should just lunch it and read the prompts as you see them then take necessary action(s).

Seriously sirs and mas, I can’t exhaust all that is needed to know in just this presentation.

Google and all its packages can’t be exhausted just in few minutes ad we are doing now.

In fact, I train people all week long…..
