Good evening gentlemen and ladies.

It is my pleasure to be here again this evening to discuss

It is indeed a trying time for our nation, but as we always believe, “This time too shall pass”

I also want to believe everyone is keeping safe.
From the person of our honorable coordinator/founder, the president and every member of this great minded group.

We shall be looking at the topic:
11 Secrets of becoming Rich, Successful and Happy.

The great entrepreneur, Henry ford once said and I quote:
“A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business”

it might sound somehow, yes
You’re rich but you wonder how comes again being successful and happy yet am already rich.

One might be rich with money but remains unhappy!

This is real

It may seem possible being rich but impossible being successful and happy at the same time.
This is especially when people’s definition of richness refers to money values only.

Below are 11 secrets of having both; rich , successful and happy.

Let’s take a Ride…

(1). Stop focusing on money

It is clear that we want to do things and focus on creating wealth and more money.
It may sound wrong if someone tells you not to focus on money .

Look it in this perspective, stop viewing everything you do is for money , what I mean is don’t just do anything so long as it brings wealth and money instead let richness come from doing the right things and you’ll be happy man forever and your mind will remain at rest.

( 2). Stop tracking on how many people you help,even if only in a small way……

Have heard of very many rich and successful people who are very helpful.

They help people and never mind about it because they know their success is based on the people they build their wealth in.

Help people with the little you have because doing that makes you happy and others too.
The ones you help now are you strong foundation of tomorrow.

(3). Stop thinking about money and start thinking about service.

When you have few employees in your firm because you don’t want to employ many, your chances will be, you’ll have to bank/save alot of money which will not multiply much.

So stop thinking about money by employing many employees who inturn will give greater services to your firm.

Their skills and talents will improve your firm’s performance. In this matter, you will be rich easily and quickly because you’re successful.

Focus more on service creation

(4). See making money as a way of to make more things…

There are people who make money by just doing anything. They say I’ll do anything so long as I make money.
So to them they see making money only and will do anything in order to make more money.

There are other persons who makes more things to make more money. They reinvest the money they make into more businesses

Like Walt Disney, a movie maker, once said,
” we don’t make movies to make money but we make money to make more movies”.

5).Find your happiness in the success of others….

Many rich successful people always team up with those who are richer and more successful than them.

When you associate with a a more successful team you’ll get to learn from them hence you’ll develop your skills and knowledge more and more.

Stop trying to get it by yourself.
Enjoy the success of others and you’ll achieve great success too.

(6). Cultivate dignity and respect…

It’s so sweet you you achieve success and wealth while respecting your employees.
Your employees are the core of your business.

When respect and dignity come, great things happen. You’ll wonder how you’ve achieved your dreams so easily.

Give the employees respect and treat them with alot of dignity…watch how your business grows ….

7). Try to do one thing better…

Rich, happy successful people only do those things they are good at.
As an entrepreneur, there’s that thing you’re good at and you can do it better and be competent with others.

Don’t do many things at a time, devote your time on one business.
Work on it, train on it, learn about it more and more, practice it, evaluate, Refine.

This doesn’t close the door to having alternatives, but it only emphasises being a specialist in at least one thing.
Becoming the expert of your field

Doing one thing better than others will make you be successful and rich easily .

( 8). Then list the best people at that one thing…

After identifying one thing your good at .. identify the best people in that field. Associate with them, learn from them, borrow their skills, ask them how they did it.

You’ll be a better person ever…

( 9). Then do more of what you do best…

After that, improve from yesterday. Everyday trying to do your best than yesterday. Your performance will turn out great with time.
Make sure everyday you do your best from the borrowed skills…

10). Relentlessly track your progress..

Don’t give up on what you’ve done.
Make sure you make follow up on what you did previously to see your progress.
Always track your progress maybe by recording them somewhere you can’t forget…

Mistakes are inevitable, let them encourage you to try again and do more.

11). Build a routine that ensure your success…

It’s better done than said.
All of this if you don’t make an effort and just talk you can’t achieve your success

Make sure you have what drives you forward always. You have set goals everyday you have to achieve.

Plan your timetable and let it be well scheduled.
Remember action speak louder than words.

Make an effort rather than just talks…

In this way, you’re completely involved.

The business becomes you and it also gives you joy and satisfaction.
