If so!! Glory be to God Almighty…..

To start with,I pray that God in his infinite mercies guide every steps that will benefit us and generations…

Before I proceed,I need to point out some things I noticed about “TEA members(am 💯inclusive)

We hardly follow up on schedule lectures leaving everything to the hands of the cordinator..

I think we really need to work on this individually

Now let’s proceed to the theme of the day🏃🏾‍♀🏃🏾‍♀

Have you ever wondered what makes a man working in a reputable firm hand out a RESIGNATION LETTER???🤷🏼‍♀🤷🏼‍♀🤷🏼‍♀

Someone who you thinks is well paid declare he is sick and tired of working grueling hours for somebody and taking on endless work and orders just to benefit the person pockets,stood up and say to the person “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH”

“MAN AM GOING INTO BUSINESS”

What is a JOB???

A job is an activity often performed in exchange for payment to earn a living…

What is a BUSINESS??

A business also known as an enterprise,a company or a firm is an organizational entity and legal entity made up of an association of person who shares a common purpose to achieve specific goals…

Business serve as a conductor of economic activity to consumers in exchange of other goods, services,money,other form of exchange that hold intrinsic economic values

We can now differentiate between a JOB and a BUSINESS….

The biggest difference between holding down a job and having your own business is the fact that most business owners aren’t in it just for the money,as a matter of fact,it would probably be easier for most business owners to hold down a job because they would have many less headache and work many less hours

Most employees are going to work for the money it brings…

Jack ma,the richest man in china said:

If you put bananas and money in front of monkeys

Monkeys will choose bananas because monkeys do not know that money can buy a lot of bananas

In reality,if you offer JOB and BUSINESS to people,they would choose JOB because most people do not know that BUSINESS can bring more MONEY than wages….

Similarly, Robert kiyosaki,author of the best selling book “RICH DAD,POOR DAD” and also a business partner of the president of America Donald Trump said:

One of the reason poor are poor is because they are not trained to recognize ENTREPRENEURSHIP OPPORTUNITIES…

They spend too much time in school and what they have learnt in school is to WORK FOR WAGES instead of MONEY WORKING FOR THEM

“Profit is better than wages,for wages can make you a living but profits can bring you a fortune”…

THINK INVESTMENT and stop fighting over increaments of salaries

It still won’t be enough…

When you run your own business you are normally in it because it is something you live and want to work hard and be successful at…

That brings us to these👇🏼👇🏼

If you want continuity,think of being an entrepreneur

However,you don’t force anything,everything in life needs gradual approach.

Never think of quitting a JOB when you are not too sure of a CAPITAL plus other resources to start up your BUSINESS

PRATICAL TIPS THAT HELPS YOU BUILD YOUR BUSINESS

(1)Decide what your company means to you

(2)Try and develop a concrete system that allows the company run without you

(3)Operate your business openly and honestly

It is important for the people who work for you and your customers to see you as someone who is open,honest and willing to help them

Conclusively,if your BUSINESS can run without you then you have built a BUSINESS,if it can’t then you have simply created another JOB for yourself…
